COLLEGIATE TOUR DETAILS
January 1, 2009
Eligibility:
All amateur golfers, ages 17-23 (and those older than the age of 23 who still currently play for a college golf team), who carry a 3.5 handicap or lower, will be allowed to play in any Gateway Tour professional tournament in any of the 3 Series (Desert, Beach, or DFW) at the cost of $300 per event. Players may purchase an unlimited number of events, excluding Championships, and entry is based upon a space available basis.
All amateur golfers, ages 24 or higher, who hold a handicap of 2.0 or below (as per the Amateur guidelines stated in The Gateway Tour Policies - see POLICIES on the professional side to the site), may also purchase an unlimited number of Summer Series events, at the cost of $500.

Refunds:
Entry fees will be refundable through dates supplied by The Gateway Collegiate Tour for each event, or if the player provides The Gateway Collegiate Tour a doctor’s note of the player’s incapacity to play because of health reasons prior to 48 hours (*see Gateway Collegiate Tour Policies), or if the player competes in a PGA or Nationwide Tour event during stipulated play of the tournament.
